Here a few photos from a recent bridal portrait session with Amy, in downtown Raleigh. Because their wedding had a more rural feel, surrounded by beautiful farmland, she wanted a more urban look for these portraits.
We met just before the sun began to set, giving us lots of gorgeous and dynamic light to play around with. I have a passion for street photography and available light, so it was a real joy to be able to incorporate that into something a little different from the standard studio portrait look. I wanted to showcase all of the intricate details on her veil and dress, especially the amazing lacework on the back!
I will have a few pictures up from the service soon, so be sure to check them out as well.
